Joni Alexander Robinson, a former Pine Bluff City Council member and mayoral candidate, is a prominent figure in the Pine Bluff community. With a history of dedicated public service, including her impactful term on the City Council, she has demonstrated strong leadership and commitment to the city’s growth and development. Joni’s six years as a bank executive at FBT Bank and Mortgage, where she specialized in the Community Reinvestment Act and Fair Lending, further showcase her expertise in financial regulation and community-focused banking. Now, as the President and CEO of the Pine Bluff Chamber of Commerce, Joni leverages her extensive experience and deep understanding of local economic and community dynamics to drive initiatives that foster business development and community engagement.

Damaris Mims is a multifaceted entrepreneur, proudly owning Beyond Clean Janitorial and Beyond Fun Travel Agency. With over 24 years of service to the state, she has extensive experience in management, administration, and operational efficiency. Damaris is also a proud member of the NAACP. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Damaris is a devoted spouse of 24 years, a nurturing mother, and a doting grandmother. Her commitment to family values is the foundation of her strong work ethic and dedication to exceptional service. Damaris's unique blend of public service experience and entrepreneurial spirit makes her a trailblazer in the janitorial and travel industries. Her passion for people and innovation continues to drive her success.

Lakishia Hill

Lakishia Hill holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business with a concentration in Management from the University of Arkansas at Monticello. After graduation, she worked as a legal secretary at Brown Law Firm in Pine Bluff, AR. She is a former Pine Bluff District school board member. Currently, she serves as the Zoning Official and Flood Plain Administrator for the City of Pine Bluff's Inspection and Zoning Department and the former Floodplain Manager for Southeast Arkansas. Lakishia also serves as the Employee Retirement Board Representative for the City of Pine Bluff employees.

Carsandra Stennis

Vice-Chair

Carsandra Stennis, a native of Gould, AR, is a dedicated leader with over 15 years of service in Arkansas. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and two master's degrees from Capella University in Counseling Studies and Higher Education Leadership Administration. Balancing a career with being a mother of three and grandmother of ten, she exemplifies multitasking and dedication. Growing up as the second oldest of nine siblings, Carsandra honed her leadership and organizational skills early. Known for her exceptional planning and interpersonal abilities, she is a model of servant leadership. Carsandra excels in managing complex projects and fostering strong relationships. Her attention to detail and organizational skills enable her to tackle challenges effectively. Committed to excellence and service, she continues to make a significant impact both professionally and in her community.

Rev. Dr. Johnny Smith Jr.

Rev. Dr. Johnny Smith Jr. has been the Pastor of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church for 32 years, providing dedicated spiritual leadership and guidance. He also serves as the Director of the Evangelism and Missions Department for the Regular Arkansas Missionary Baptist State Convention, where he advances the church's mission and evangelistic outreach across the state. An interstate lecturer, teacher, and evangelist, Rev. Dr. Smith is known for his significant contributions to faith and community leadership. His leadership extends beyond the pulpit, actively engaging in community initiatives to address social issues and promote positive change.
