With limited access to financial capital, market opportunities, and government support, our approach is designed to bridge these gaps. We work to connect local entrepreneurs to essential resources and build pathways for economic empowerment through education and advocacy. By prioritizing these key areas, we take a comprehensive approach to fostering sustainable business growth, ensuring that Black entrepreneurs in Pine Bluff and the surrounding Delta region have the tools they need to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Our Board of Directors provides oversight and fiduciary guidance, while our CEO leads vision, strategy, and external advocacy. Supporting this work is a growing staff team, including our Member Success Consultant, who focuses on member engagement, navigation of chamber resources, and ensuring businesses are actively supported.
